The Self Defense Tippmann TiPX package with nylon balls can be shipped to states that do not allow pepperballs because this package only contains hard nylon balls. This Tippmann TiPX pistol is .68 caliber and we are including hard nylon balls and co2 cartridges for home defense purposes. Just put a co2 cartridge in the front of the pistol, load the magazine, and you are ready to go.
